Smriti Bhattacharya
Manager
We are proud to introduce Smriti Bhattacharya, our Manager who joined us in June 2022. With six years of industry experience, Smriti has a diverse background, having worked as a CA Firm Manager, leading teams of at least ten members, a Supply Chain Implementor and Manager for manufacturing companies, and a Professor for Corporate Law and Audit. She has also completed internships for CII, ICAI, and ICSI.
Smriti possesses an entrepreneurial sense with extensive experience, training, and knowledge. Her skillset includes ERP implementation, SOP, and MIS implementation management, statutory compliance management, Tally ERP/Prime, MS Office, S3 ERP, and Tax Base. Smriti is also experienced in MSME consultation, accounting, statutory, internal and operational audit, and is an accomplished speaker and presenter.

Rahul Karodpati
Manager
We are thrilled to introduce Rahul Karodpati, an experienced Manager who has been working in the industry for around 7 years. He has worked for Syngenta, Smith & Nephew, TCS Ltd (Credit Suisse), and Infosys (RioTinto) where he achieved many accomplishments. At present, he is training, motivating, and evaluating team performance for one of our esteemed client. Rahul has a sharp eye for detail and takes pride in being accurate in daily tasks while providing outstanding customer service in a professional and courteous manner. Rahul has completed several projects, including process improvement, process transition, Robotics Process Automation (RPA), and Project Marathon.
Rahul has experience in the Procurement to Payment department where he initially started as a junior executive and worked his way up to a Manager for our MNC client. He has been part of several sub-teams, including invoice processing, service desk, MIS, Vendor Management, Controlling and Reporting.
Currently, Rahul is handling the AP process and supporting three teammates. He joined our team in September 2023.
Sushma Pawar
P2P Manager
We are please to introduce Sushma Pawar, our P2P Manager, brings over a decade of experience in the field of accounting and administration. She holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Commerce. Her journey began in 2011 with Roots Biotech as an Accounts and Admin Executive, followed by a stint at Alcon Industries as an Accountant. Sushma now leads our esteemed client’s P2P operations with a team of four direct reports.
Sushma is a process-oriented professional with a sharp mind. She has a deep understanding of the impact of non-compliance on businesses and can effectively communicate this to various stakeholders, engaging them in the process. With a keen understanding of the drivers of business areas and their priorities for the upcoming year, she can align P2P operations accordingly.
Her ability to work with senior management is exceptional. She has a talent for selling the benefits of improved P2P methods and educating senior management on the costs associated with being undermined. With Sushma at the helm, our clients can be assured of a streamlined and compliant P2P function that delivers results.
Rohit Daga
We are delighted to introduce Rohit Daga, our Manager who holds a B.Com degree and has successfully cleared the Intermediate level of the CA course. Rohit possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in monthly closing and taxation, including GST and Income Tax.
Currently, Rohit is responsible for managing the accounts receivable section at one of our esteemed clients. His proficiency and dedication to his work are evident in his fast learning ability and attention to detail, making him a valuable member of our team.
Rohit leads a team of four professionals, who report to him. He ensures that the team adheres to the highest standards of professionalism and ethics in their work. At our firm, we are confident that Rohit’s expertise and leadership skills will help our clients achieve their desired outcomes.
